Quality Check
Ensure the shoes are in their original condition, unworn, and packed in the original Neemans box with all tags intact.
Pickup Arrangement
Once your request is approved, we will schedule a complimentary reverse pickup from your delivery address within 24-48 hours.
Refund or Exchange
